Gothic Revival · white spires and lacy gingerbread

A plain 1826 yellow brick Federal house that shipbuilder George Bourne dressed in white Gothic Revival spires, buttresses and hand-sawn lace in the 1850s, now one of the most photographed houses in Maine.
