Your World in Bricks

Privacy

Your World in Bricks is operated by Sedrino Labs, Inc., 1205 East Washington St, Suite 111, Louisville, KY 40206. Updated September 28, 2026.

Your account

Clerk manages sign-in and account security. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture through Clerk. We use this information to identify your account, secure access to your projects and send service messages. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail, Drive files or contacts.

Accounts are for adults in the US. We don’t knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18; a parent or guardian must create and control the account for a child.

Your photos and designs

We create models from photos you upload and have permission to use. We don’t use Google Street View or map imagery to design your model. If you type an address, we keep it only as a label for your project.

We collect the photos, design choices and notes you provide, and the models, instructions and parts lists we make from them. We use them to create, check, deliver and support your design, and to fix problems with it. We don’t put your photos or custom designs in our public library or marketing without asking you first.

While a design is made we save a generation recording (prompts, reference inputs, tool outputs and the AI’s working notes) so we can investigate failures and revise designs. Authorized administrators can review these records and your project files. Avoid uploading photos that show private documents or people who haven’t agreed to appear.

AI services

We use AI services to design models and to handle support email. They receive only what each task needs:

  • Anthropic (Claude) designs your model from your photos and notes, and reads support emails to sort them and draft or send routine replies.
  • OpenAI turns a wall-art photo into a simplified reference picture, and may be used for some design runs.

We use these providers’ business API services, not their consumer apps. Each provider handles this data under its own business terms, which set how long it keeps data (for example, for safety and abuse checks) and whether it may be used for training. We don’t sell your photos or designs to anyone.

Support emails

When you email us, we keep your message, email address and name, attachment details, the relevant account and order details, and a short AI-written summary, so we can answer and resolve problems. Our AI assistant sorts incoming messages and may answer routine questions; those replies are labelled, and you can reply “human” to reach a person. Billing, refunds, cancellations, privacy and legal matters, complaints and anything uncertain go to a person. Authorized staff review escalations.

Emails we send

We email you about your own orders, builds and membership, such as when a design starts or is ready, a cancellation confirmation, and a reminder before a yearly renewal. These service messages are part of the service.

We send marketing emails, such as new designs, free designs and occasional offers, only if you opt in. You choose each topic separately. We record when and where you opted in, and share your email address and topic choices with Resend, which sends these emails. Every marketing email has a one-click link to unsubscribe from all marketing (no sign-in needed), and you can change your choices anytime under My builds. Unsubscribing does not affect service messages.

We don’t track whether you open our emails or click their links. Links in marketing emails carry campaign tags (utm_…) so we can count visits that came from an email.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and file storage, Turso for our database, Modal for background processing, Clerk for sign-in, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, Zernio for social media and ad measurement, and the AI services above. These providers handle the information needed to perform their services for us.

Stripe handles payments, memberships and the billing page where you manage or cancel a membership. We store payment and subscription references, plan, status and renewal dates, and a record of what you agreed to at checkout, not your full payment-card details. Buying physical bricks is a separate transaction with your chosen retailer.

Our service and these providers operate in the United States, so your information is processed in the US. We don’t sell your personal information.

Technical data and cookies

Our hosting, sign-in and payment providers process technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and access and security logs. When you agree to a purchase we record the time, your IP address and browser as evidence of that agreement.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember choices such as a tester invitation.

We also run our own simple site analytics, so we can see how people find us and which pages and posts work. A first-party cookie holds a random visitor ID. With it we record the pages you view, the link or campaign that brought you here (such as a social post, an ad or a search engine), your device type and your country, and whether you went on to upload a photo, start a project or buy. We keep your browser details but don’t store your IP address for this. This data stays in our own database, apart from the ad measurement events described below, and we don’t use it to follow you on other sites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t set the visitor cookie.

We don’t run third-party analytics, and we don’t put Meta’s, Google’s or anyone else’s tracking scripts or cookies on our site.

Advertising measurement with Meta

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads work and to show them to people likely to be interested, our server tells Meta when you arrive from one of our Meta ads, upload a photo, start a checkout, buy a design or start a membership. With each event we may send: the event and its value, the page, the ad click ID from the link you followed, your IP address and browser details, your country, a random ID for your account or browser, and your email address, which is hashed before it leaves our systems. We send this through Zernio, the service we use to manage our social media and ads, to Meta. Meta uses it under its own terms, which can include connecting it to your Facebook or Instagram account.

US state privacy laws may call this “sharing” personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We don’t sell your personal information. You can opt out at any time on Your privacy choices, or by emailing us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and send nothing to Meta for that browser.

How long we keep things

  • Finished designs and your photos: while your account exists, so you can download them again.
  • Generation recordings: deleted 30 days after the design run finishes.
  • Support conversations: deleted 24 months after the conversation is closed.
  • Payment and purchase-consent records: as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons (purchase consents at least 3 years).
  • Backups and providers: copies in backups or at our providers are removed on their own schedules after we delete the original.

Children

The service is for adults. Children can enjoy building the models, but a parent or guardian must create and control the account and make purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and requests

You can manage your profile in the account menu, change email choices under My builds, and revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete saved projects.

To delete your account and data, use “Delete my account & data” under My builds or email support@yourworldinbricks.com. A deletion covers your account, photos, designs, generation records and support history, unless you ask us to keep something or we must keep a record by law (we’ll tell you what and for how long). We’ll check the request comes from you, remind you to download files you want to keep, and ask our providers to delete their copies. For access or correction requests, email support@yourworldinbricks.com.

If you believe a design in our library shows your home or your work, email support@yourworldinbricks.com with “Removal request” in the subject; a person reviews every request.

See also our terms of service. We will update this page when our data practices change and ask for any consent a new use of your information requires.
