A closing gift your buyers will keep: their new home, in bricks.
Your World in Bricks turns photos of the house your client just bought into a custom brick model design, with an illustrated step-by-step instruction book and a parts list for real LEGO® bricks, ready within 24 hours.
Give the finished model, or the bricks with the printed book so they build it themselves. Bricks are sold separately.
Your first design is free (one house at the 500-piece size). Open the link in our message and the code is applied for you. No code? Request one by email.

How it works for an agent
- Get photos of the house. One photo of the front is enough to start; 4–12 from around the house give a closer likeness. Use photos you took or have permission to use. We design from the photos only, not from an address or map imagery.
- Upload them and choose a size. Open the link in our message (it applies your free code), sign in, upload the photos and start the design. Or forward the link to your buyer and let them upload their own photos; the design is then in their account.
- We design it. Most designs are ready in about an hour. We deliver within 24 hours after payment (and your photos). You get an email when it’s ready.
- Order the bricks. Upload the parts list to LEGO® Pick a Brick or BrickLink. The bricks ship from that seller, so order early if you want the gift ready at closing.
- Give it. Print the instruction book and hand it over with the bricks, or build the model yourself and give the finished house.
Why it works as a closing gift
- It’s about their house. Wine, gift cards and gift baskets are pleasant but interchangeable. A model of the house they just bought can’t be given to anyone else.
- It lasts. A built model can sit on a shelf for years; the book and bricks are a project for their first weeks in the new home.
- It’s easy to share. A photo of their house in bricks is easy to post, and the build gives you a reason to check in after closing.
- What it isn’t: an exact replica. It’s a stylized brick interpretation, colors are limited to real brick colors, and building it takes time.
What your buyer gets
- An illustrated, step-by-step instruction book (PDF), made for your house.
- A complete parts list with every piece, part and color.
- Ready-to-upload shopping files: a LEGO® Pick a Brick upload list and a BrickLink wanted list.
- A 3D model of your design.
- Not included: the bricks. You buy them separately, or use pieces you already own.

Pricing after your free design
Each design is $19 at any size, from 500 to 4,000 pieces: a one-time purchase in your account, with no subscription. Bricks are sold separately: about $60–$110 for a 500-piece house up to about $480–$880 for 4,000 pieces at LEGO® Pick a Brick prices, before tax and shipping; often less on BrickLink. Questions
Can I buy a design and give it to my client?
Yes. Our licence lets you build, display and gift the models you make: give the finished model, or the bricks with a printed copy of the instruction book. The instructions and files themselves can’t be resold, published or used to make kits for sale.
How does the free design work?
The link in our message carries a single-use code for one house design at the 500-piece size. Open it, sign in, upload photos of the house and start the design; the code is applied instead of checkout. The code expires; if yours has, or you didn’t get one, email us. Bricks are not included.
Who orders, me or the buyer?
Either. If you order, the design and its files are in your account and you choose how to give it. You can also forward the link to your buyer so they upload their own photos and get the design in their account.
How long does it take?
We deliver within 24 hours after payment (and your photos). If we miss that, you can choose a full refund or a new delivery time. Most designs are ready in about an hour. Allow extra time for the bricks to arrive from the seller, and for building if you’re giving the finished model.
What if the house is complex, or a condo?
We currently support simple detached houses with rectangular walls and a gable or flat roof. Complex houses may need design review, and large condo and apartment buildings aren’t supported, since we design houses. If we can’t make a design from your photos, we tell you, and refund you if you paid.
Are the bricks included?
No. We design the model; the bricks are sold separately. You buy them from LEGO® Pick a Brick, BrickLink or another seller using the files included with the design, and the seller ships them to you.
